Under eye wrinkles are caused by stressful activities. Fortunately, there are ways to deal with it. The cheapest way of doing it is by engaging in various exercises. What you have to do now is find out what these are. But before we go there, we have to mention other ways to remove wrinkles. The first and perhaps most obvious is to avoid stressful situations and learning to stay calm. But if you have a very toxic job, that is very unless and the only thing to do will be to quit and shift to a new career.

Many of us are not willing to do that which is why we have to resort to other means. You can also buy several makeup products to hide away those under eye wrinkles and eating right. But perhaps the best which will not cost you anything are various exercises which you can do at any time. 

Since people will often notice wrinkles on the face, let’s focus on what exercises can be done to remove it. To firm up your forehead, you place your index finger just above your eyes and pull it down while trying to raise your eyebrows.



For your eyes and crows feet, raise your lower eyelids without moving your upper ones. This takes some practice so don’t feel bad if you don’t get it right the first time.

You can also fix your cheeks by pushing the lips out and making a round shape then stretching forward. You then smile as wide as you can for a second and then let it return to its original round shape.

As for the lips, suck your fingers as had as possible then slowly remove it. If you are a smoker, hide your teeth with your lips then make a small “O” shape while keeping the lips as tense and as wide as possible.

The exercises for the forehead, eyes and crows feet, cheeks and lips should be repeated at least 10 times. The neck and chin has a number of exercises. You can start by looking straight ahead and placing the index finger and thumb on your neck and gently puling the skin down as you lift the head. At the same time, you should keep your mouth closed and your teeth together so you can press the tip of your tongue against the bottom of your lower teeth gradually increasing the pressure until you count to 10, then hold for 6 and then slowly releasing it.


You may use two fingers at the hollow of your neck as resistance when you are gently pressing in. You can also lower your lip as far as possible, placing your fingers on your collar bone, pointing the chin as high as possible and then pulling the corners of your mouth down. Another exercise involves placing your thumb behind the bone just under your chin, pressing the tongue against your lower gums and then pretending to touch your tongue to the thumb. Working on the chin can be done by tightening the muscle there as firm as possible then pushing your lower lip up and as though you are pouting so it turns white and dimpled.

Now that you know the various exercises to remove wrinkles, the only thing to do now is include this in your daily routine. This should be done twice a day once in the morning and the other in the evening.

Basics of Water Soluble Vitamins

There are varying recommendations for the B-complex vitamins. In general, you need 50 milligrams of vitamin C each day. You should discuss your personal needs with a health professional that can make a proper assessment of your dietary needs.

Sometimes abrasions, cuts and scratches result in dire consequences if they aren’t taken care of at the right time. Children run around the house and drop vases and other glass material, which can result in scratches or cuts. Outdoor activities should be supervised carefully, otherwise abrasions caused by a wall or a rock is unavoidable. There are slight differences among the three and most of the time children get them while playing.

Cuts are caused by sharp objects, which can penetrate into the skin or damage the skin on the surface. Scratches are mild form of cuts. They are also caused by sharp objects such as a piece of glass, thorn or a knife. Even fingernails can cause a scar. Abrasion is caused by friction or rubbing of the skin with a rough surface. Rug burns and board burns are also examples of abrasion, because they are caused by friction.

Also, in all three cases, the wound can bleed. It bleeds when the tiny blood vessels located underneath the skin gets ruptured. Platelets form clot to stop the bleeding and a scab can also form, which should be pulled out as that will interfere with the healing process of the body. If the bleeding isn’t stopping, the wound should be covered with a soft cloth. After that the wound should be cleaned using lukewarm water and mild soap. Antibacterial ointment should be used to clean the wound and it should be covered with a bandage. The antibacterial ointment helps kill germs. The bandage will prevent bacteria from getting within and prevent the wound from getting bothersome. But the bandage should be changed everyday and the wound should be kept dry.

The good thing is that abrasion, cuts and scratches don’t require any special attention in most cases. But if the scratch is made by animal claws or abrasion is caused by a rusty metallic surface, a doctor should be approached immediately, because the animal could have rabies and the rust can cause septic. Depending on the situation, the doctor would prescribe antibiotics, lotion or even shots. It is also a good idea that parents make sure that their kid is given tetanus shot on a regular basis. Sometimes, the wound won’t be caused in dangerous circumstances, but because of negligence, the wound will get infected by bacteria. If it the wound is infected, it will show symptoms such as redness, swollen skin, and production of puss which can be of the color yellow or either green.

Cuts can sometimes be too deep and even long. In such cases, stitches should be certainly opted for. It is a very simple procedure. The area of the wound is made numb using some kind of anesthesia. It can either be injected or simply applied directly. Then the doctor will sew the cut edges together using certain needle and thread. If the cut isn’t big enough, the cut is sealed using a special kind of glue, instead of the stitches. The glue will hold the edges together so that the skin underneath will heal and over a period of time, the glue will dissolve. Kids need to check with the doctor every week, so that the doctor will be able to analyze the improvement. And when the wound is completely healed, the stitches are cut open using scissors and then the threads are pulled off gently. In majority of the cases, the wound doesn’t leave behind a scar. This totally depends on the method and effectiveness of the treatment.

One of the secrets of success with our 7 Week Slim Down is paying close attention to how well you pace yourself. Trying to do too much too soon can wreck your program before it has barely even begun. A much better method is to take your 1st week and ease into better nutrition and exercise.  
Follow these tips and not only will staying motivated be easy, but you'll also be building positive momentum that can very much help you achieve your weight loss goals!  




* Determine Your Fitness Level. To know where you are going it makes good sense to understand your starting point. How in (or out) of shape are you? Here's some things to consider... 
How many push ups can you do?

Your pulse before and after a 1 mile walk. Your weight and if possible your body fat percentage. 
Your level of strength and endurance will give you an idea of just how much you can do your first week without overdoing it. 

* Start Moving More. On three alternating days your first week get moving with a brisk walk. This can be in your neighborhood, at a park or on the treadmill. How long you walk should be based on just how your body reacted to your 1 mile test. If on the test your pulse went through the ceiling start with fifteen or twenty minutes of walking. If it barely moved aim for 45 minutes. Remember the goal for Week 1 is to just get you back into the habit of exercise NOT to leave you exhausted! 

* Do Some Light Calisthenics. Calisthenics are simply exercises that rely only on your body weight to tone your muscles. We'll dig deeper into them later, but for now all we want to do is a few light easy sets every other day on the days you aren't walking.  

Three sets of push ups (on your knees is OK if you can't do a full push up) doing half of your maximum reps, plus three sets of however many sit ups or crunches you can do is plenty for Week 1. Remember don't over do it! 

* Eliminate Sugar Filled Calorie Containing Drinks.  A small diet adjustment to get you on the right track you'll likely hardly even notice is to cut out drinking empty calories. Drop soda and stop adding milk, creamer and sugar to your coffee. Replace with water, green tea and coffee without the extras. Use stevia as a natural calorie free sweetener and I promise you won't miss sugar for more than a day or two. 

* Cut Out Obvious Diet Busters. Week 1 isn't about making drastic diet changes, but it is time to remove blatant diet busters. Get rid of the fast food, the fried junk and the cake, candy and chips. Later on we'll dig into winning diet concepts and methods. For now use your own common sense to clean up your worst diet offenders!  


So Week 1 of our 7 Week Slim Down isn't so tough is it? It's all about easing into being active and eating right. Starting slow builds a strong foundation for your future weight loss success. Don't worry harder work is right around the corner!
