Fitness is the most needed things of healthy life for the people.



     
We have to live our life with happiness, also its related to our body.

If our body fitness is really good then our mind and body simultaneously do the correct process. Other wise body not supported for our mind thinking process.

Because we think some times lets do some thing like that but our health condition does not support. Thats why we need health fitness.

Anyway some times our surrounding process or actions depend on our health condition. You may saw this example in your real life activity.
